"My day was off to a bad start dealing with a water leak then one of my outlets on the back patio got tripped and I use it for several things so I needed it fixed ASAP. I reset the all the circuit breakers that could potentially control that outlet but still wouldn’t work. I got on Google and started searching electricians. I called several but none would answer, including a larger well known company but they didn’t even answer. I gave one last try and called this company and I’m so glad I did. The phone was actually answered by Justin, I proceeded to explain my issue and he was so kind and gracious enough to tell me how to fix the issue over the phone. He stayed on the line with me and told me exactly where to go and what to do, and did it for free out of the kindness of his heart.
