A refreshing glance at a family owned business - Lightning Rod Electric. I had the need for an electrician a couple days ago. I called three companies, First one was involved in a couple big jobs and was not available. I explained the electrical issues I was having to the second company and he said it sounded like a bit of an emergency but then set an appointment 6 working days out. In his defense, I was not going to be available the next day because of a long standing appointment. The third company, Lightning Rod Electric, is the refreshing part of this recommendation. After explaining my issues, Justin suggested I first call APS to make sure the issues were not on APS's side of the box. Now, Justin could have come out and charged me a trip charge to tell me the same thing but the honesty and integrity of this business obviously comes first. Did APS resolve my issues? Yes! And it didn't cost anything! We didn't have the opportunity to have Justin and his company come to the house to work on our electrical issues but Justin and Lightning Rod Electric is now in my Contacts for other electrical issues I might encounter! I am betting his skills are right up there with his honesty and integrity.
Justin was great. Had him install a EV charger in my home and he was quick and thorough and enjoyable to work with. I contacted him on Saturday and he was out the following Wednesday. Good price too! Would highly suggest for anyone that needs electrician work.
